Maths
In maths this week we have been practicing our addition and subtraction skills. We have used what we have learnt to start solving problems. Have a look at some of the word problems on these websites and see if you can solve them. You might need to have a pen and paper ready to draw pictures that will help you work out the answer. one of the quickest ways would be to draw dienes (tens and ones).

This week's task
Next week we will be thinking about 'remembering' in RE.
We will be asking you to think of something you have that helps you to remember a happy time in your life. This could be a photo or a souvenir or maybe something someone has given you. Talk to an adult at home about why the object is special to you and what it helps you to remember. If you would like to, you could email your teacher a picture of your object and tell them about it (year2@whiteleyapps.com)
